 Paste 2017 Seminar

In 1999, the Australian Centre for Geomechanics (ACG) initiated the series of international seminars on Paste and Thickened Tailings (P&TT). This influential and respected annual event continues to provide a valuable forum for international tailings and mine waste practitioners to explore, learn and share advances in P&TT.
This is going to be the first P&TT seminar held in China which consumed nearly 50% mining products of the world. Meanwhile, the tailings management is of great interest to Chinese mining companies due to the particular emphasis on environment and safety by the government.
The objective of Paste 2017 in Beijing is to allow academics, designers, practitioners, consultants and suppliers to exchange knowledge, experiences and lessons learnt in different case studies and projects around the world.
